i live in england and our ISP is NTLworld and we haven't had one single problem with them. they respect your privacy well and they only contact you if it's serious. my friend steph's ISP is tiscali. she was on a 2mb broadband but she soon found out that they reverted her broadband to 1mb without notice, and she was still paying the 2mb fees. thats what i call a bad ISP. if that happened to me i'd leave them immediately.

We are going to have to get used to the fact that as time goes by we are going to see more and more annoying advertising, as we evolve into more technology the more companies are going to us them to advertise the product.

This whole "meter based access" concept really gets on my nerves. If you're a media junkie, it puts a limit on how much stuff you can download. Just ridiculous.Man, the number 1337 has been popping up all over the internet lately!
